Processing is based on your consent (by submitting the form) and, in the case of a subsequent contract, on contract performance. We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, but no longer than 2 years unless we agree otherwise. After this period, the data will be deleted.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
